劳务输出是我国对外经济活动的一个重要组成部分,黑龙江省的输出范围则是以对俄合作为主。黑龙江省的劳务输出虽起步较晚,但由于其独特的地理位置,近年来在对俄劳务输方面着也有了较快发展。然而,随着世界经济技术的不断发展,国际劳务市场的竞争也越来越激烈,同时我省在劳务输出中也还存在不少问题,需要积极采取相应的对策加以解决。
The export of labor services is an important part of China’s foreign economic activities. The output of Heilongjiang Province is mainly based on the cooperation with Russia. Although the export of labor in Heilongjiang Province started late, due to its unique geographical location, it has enjoyed rapid development in the labor supply to Russia in recent years. However, with the continuous development of the world economy and technology, the competition in the international labor market is getting fiercer and fiercer. At the same time, there are still many problems in the labor export in our province, and corresponding measures should be taken to solve the problem.
