新颖的保暖床有着保暖性强,湿度保证,并有供氧、空气滤过的装置,为体弱新生儿和早产儿提供了良好的生活环境。但在需要保暖又要进行特殊护理和各种检查、治疗及抢救时,就感到不便。1979年11月日本医疗设备和感光材料展览会在沪展出,我们对其中Atom公司V-3200型的远红外线为辐射源的保暖床特感需要,因为它有着使一个小范围内维持适宜的环境温度及操作抢救方便等的优越性。我院医修组根据临床提出的要求和式样,参阅了有关远红外线的资料,进行试制远红外保暖床(以下简称保暖床);于1980年1月底交临床使用。三年来已应用于1,000余婴儿,现选择97例临床应用的情况介绍如下:

According to the clinical requirements and style proposed by the medical team in our hospital, reference is made to the data on far-infrared rays for the trial production of a far infrared warm bed (hereinafter referred to as a warm bed); and the clinical application is made at the end of January 1980. Three years has been applied to more than 1,000 infants, now choose 97 cases of clinical applications are described below:
