通过与增塑剂SJ103(活性成分为五氯硫酚)对比,探讨环保型增塑剂HP(活性成分为2,2′-二苯甲酰氨基二苯基二硫化物)在轿车子午线轮胎中的应用效果。结果表明,两种增塑剂的增塑效果明显,但对胶料强伸性能均略有不利影响;与采用增塑剂SJ103的带束层胶相比,采用增塑剂HP的带束层胶动态力学性能和生热性能相当,粘合性能和耐屈挠龟裂性能略有提高;与带束层胶采用增塑剂SJ103的成品轮胎相比,带束层胶采用增塑剂HP的成品轮胎粘合性能略好,高速性能相当。环保型增塑剂HP可以替代增塑剂SJ103用于轿车子午线轮胎带束层胶中。
