机载静电液作动器将传统作动器的液压源驱动改为电能驱动,由电动泵直接驱动液压泵,具有结构简单、效率高和容错性强等优点,是多电飞机研究的重要内容。本文研究的静电液作动器的驱动部分,是采用了一种双绕组无刷直流电机,其定子绕组由电角度相差30o的两套绕组构成,并且由两套独立的电路驱动,从而实现电气双余度控制。文中提出了双余度系统的“故障——工作”的容错控制方式,说明了双余度控制的高可靠性。最后,给出实验结果,验证了双余度控制的优点。
Airborne Electrostatic Liquid Actuators Replacing the Hydraulic Actuator Driven by a Hydraulic Actuator with a Hydraulic Actuator Driven by a Hydraulic Actuator Driven by an Electric Actuator Directly Driven by an Electric Pump with Simple Structure, High Efficiency and High Fault Tolerance . In this paper, the driving part of the electrostatic actuator is a two-winding brushless DC motor, the stator winding by the difference between the electric angle 30o two sets of windings, and driven by two separate sets of circuits in order to achieve the electrical Dual redundancy control. This paper presents a fault-tolerant control mode of “fault-work” in double-redundancy system, which shows the high reliability of double-redundancy control. Finally, the experimental results are given to verify the advantages of double redundancy control.
