目的研究并建立天冬药材的指纹图谱。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,Ultimate C18色谱柱,甲醇-乙腈一0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长215nm,建立了天冬药材的指纹图谱,并对10个不同来源的商品药材进行了检测。结果10批不同来源的天冬药材指纹图谱相似度较高,并且利用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价软件”生成了天冬药材的对照指纹图谱,共有16个色谱峰,各色谱峰的分离较好,符合指纹图谱检测要求。结论采用HPLC指纹图谱技术可以快速有效地检测天冬药材的质量。
Objective To study and establish fingerprints of asparagus medicinal herbs. Methods A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method, Ultimate C18 column, methanol-acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution was used. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 215 nm. The fingerprints of asparagus medicinal herbs were established and 10 samples were obtained. Different sources of medicinal herbs were tested. Results The fingerprints of asparagine from 10 different sources were similar, and the fingerprints of asparagine were generated using the “similarity evaluation software of chromatographic fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicine”. There were 16 peaks in the chromatogram, and the chromatographic peaks were Good separation, in line with fingerprint detection requirements. Conclusion HPLC fingerprinting technique can be used to quickly and effectively detect the quality of Asparagi.
