对教师工作进行评价,是学校管理中一项难度较大的工作。过去,虽然我们每个学期都要研究评价方案,努力做到客观准确、公平合理,但一直收效不大。症结究竟在哪里?带着这个问题,我在校长岗位培训班上认真学习了《教育评价基础知识》,对照以往的《教师工作评价方案》,终于发现,我们的评价工作随意性大,方法缺乏科学性,主要表现在三方面:一是片面强调“硬件”。评价一个教师的德育工作,只看班上同学违纪次数的多少;评价一个教师的教学工作,只看这个班(或学科)期末考试分数的高低;评价一个教师的体育工作情况,只看这个班在同年级体育比赛时取得名次的先后……过分强调
Evaluating teachers’ work is a difficult task in school management. In the past, although we have to study the evaluation plan every semester and strive to be objective, accurate, fair and reasonable, it has been ineffective.
