从感病株根际土壤中分离根腐病病原菌——唐菖蒲尖孢镰刀菌专化型,对11种唐菖蒲品种盆栽进行苗期致病性试验,并根据其抗根腐病病害的能力进行分级鉴定。结果表明,11个唐菖蒲品种病情指数大小表现为信任>超级红>G04>阿姆斯特丹>钻石粉>普利西拉>货车>节杖>G05>粉友谊>马加列。根据抗病性分级标准确定粉友谊和马加列为抗病品种,G05、货车、节杖、钻石粉和普利西拉为中抗品种,G04、超级红和阿姆斯特丹为感病品种,信任为高感品种。接种尖孢镰刀菌后其生长指标和形态学性状均受到显著影响,唐菖蒲各品种均受抑制,受抑制程度为成花数>子球数>茎粗>叶片数>株高>新球直径。感病品种受抑制程度表现为子球数>成花数>茎粗>叶片数>株高>新球直径,抗病品种受抑制程度表现为成花数>子球数>叶片数>茎粗>株高>新球直径,且高感品种和感病品种的受抑制程度显著大于抗病品种和中抗品种。
Pathogenic bacteria of Fusarium oxysporum were isolated from rhizosphere soils of susceptible strains. The pathogenicity test of 11 Gladiolus cultivars at seedling stage was carried out. The degree of inhibition of susceptible cultivars was as follows: number of balls> number of flowers> number of stems> number of leaves> number of leaves> height of plant> diameter of new sphere and suppression degree of disease-resistant varieties as number of flowers> number of lobes> number of leaves> > Plant height> diameter of new spheres, and the inhibition of susceptible and susceptible varieties was significantly greater than that of resistant varieties and medium resistant varieties.
