采用热重分析法表征丁腈橡胶、硅橡胶、氟橡胶和氟醚橡胶的热稳定性,研究在不同升温速率下4种橡胶的失重温度及失重规律,依此比较各胶种热学性能的差异,并探究升温速率对热重曲线的影响;通过垂直、水平燃烧试验进行材料燃烧性能表征,并对材料的阻燃性进行分级。不同升温速率下丁腈橡胶和硅橡胶的失重温度最低,约210℃;氟橡胶的失重温度次之,约为390℃;而氟醚橡胶的失重温度最高,约为410℃。氟橡胶和氟醚橡胶的水平阻燃等级均为FH-1级。氟系列橡胶的水平阻燃性能优于其他胶种。
Thermogravimetric analysis was used to characterize the thermal stability of nitrile rubber, silicone rubber, fluororubber and fluoroether rubber. The weight loss temperature and weight loss of four kinds of rubber at different heating rates were investigated. The thermal properties of each rubber were compared , And explored the effect of heating rate on the TG curve. The vertical and horizontal burning tests were used to characterize the combustion characteristics of the materials, and the flame retardancy of the materials was graded. The weight loss temperature of nitrile rubber and silicone rubber is the lowest, about 210 ℃ at different heating rate, the temperature of weight loss of fluorine rubber is second, about 390 ℃, while the weight loss temperature of fluoroether rubber is the highest, about 410 ℃. Flame Retardant Fluoroelastomer and Flame Retardant levels are FH-1 level. Fluoride rubber flame retardant level better than other types of plastic.
