It is reported that Taiwan’s Institute of Industrial Technology is working with local IT companies to jointly develop a new type of memory card. This memory card is expected to be listed in early 2005. This memory card will be 10x faster than current SD cards and compatible with USB 2.0. This memory card will be used mainly in PC, mobile phones, MP3 players and digital cameras in the new memory card will be listed @ Li Yang
