目的探讨使用家庭雾化吸入仪治疗哮喘儿童的临床疗效。方法随机选取南安市医院儿科专科门诊诊治的哮喘患儿240例,随机分为家庭雾化组和常规治疗组(每组120人),两组儿童均在给予常规药物治疗的同时,家庭雾化组使用家庭雾化仪吸入治疗,常规治疗组采用最常用的压力定量气雾剂治疗,2周为一疗程,治疗结束后进行疗效比较。结果疗程结束后,家庭雾化组儿童治疗显效率(91.7%)比常规治疗组(66.6%)高,患儿哮喘、喘鸣音、湿性啰音消失的时间均比常规治疗组短,气道总阻力指数比常规治疗组小。结论家庭雾化治疗将药物直接雾化,有助于降低气道阻力,稀化痰液,帮助祛痰、消除炎症和水肿,提高患儿对药物的吸收,能快速改善临床症状,缩短治疗时间,值得临床应用和推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of home-based nebulizer in the treatment of children with asthma.
