2011年1月19～20日,“2011年云南省人民银行工作会议暨外汇管理工作会议”在昆明召开。会上,人民银行昆明中心支行行长周振海对2010年全省人民银行工作进行了回顾并作了重要讲话;同时,对2011年全省人民银行工作的总体要求定调:以科学发展观为指导,认真贯彻实施稳健的货币政策,支持云南经济发展方式转变和经济结构战略性调整,推动金融改革创新,维护辖区金融稳定,以“强基础、保安全、抓创新、上水平”为工作主线,全面提高基层央行履职能力,促进全省经济社会又好又快发展。
