近年来,全球气候剧变,春季倒春寒现象日益普遍,为了减轻春季寒流对植株的伤害,研究低温胁迫对哈密瓜幼苗生理的影响日益紧迫。以“西州密17号”、“西州密25号”、“新密45号”、‘8501’、‘86-1’为试材,采取人工低温胁迫(20℃、15℃、10℃、5℃、0℃)处理24h,以未处理为对照,研究了低温胁迫对植株叶片过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:哈密瓜幼苗经低温胁迫后,叶绿素含量下降,POD活性、SOD活性、MDA含量增加,“西州密17号”、“西州密25号”的耐寒能力高于其它品种。
