创新型人才对于国家或者地区都有着重要的战略实施意义,人才资源流动是按照社会化生产、科学技术整体化的客观要求进行的空间动态调节,在一定情况下出现人才流动会带来相关的影响。基于此,研究了创新人力资源流动与评价机制,通过科学的评价,将工作能力和工作绩效作为衡量创新型人才资源的主要内容,并将其作为人才流动的原动力,特殊吸纳人才,使人才的创新能力与组织的创新实现良好的结合。
