中药的用量直接影响着药力的大小。某些处方中药物用量比例的变化,不仅可以改变处方中药物的配伍关系,还可能影响处方的功效和主治证候。《丹溪心法·卷一》之左金丸由黄连与吴茱萸两药组成,不同用量比例黄连与吴茱萸在方剂名称、配伍关系、功效及主治证等方面亦有不同。该文通过梳理古代文献,初步探讨药量增减对左金丸功效的影响,以期为临床应用及科学研究提供理论依据与参考。 The amount of Chinese medicine directly affects the size of the drug. By combing the ancient literature, this paper initially explored the effect of the increase and decrease of dose on the efficacy of Zuojin pills, with a view to providing theoretical basis and reference for clinical application and scientific research.
