This is mainly due to the tight supply of Chinese buyers from Japan and South Korea, So have snapped up the market goods. According to market reports, a major Chinese manufacturer currently in Shanghai, China, has lowered its domestic price by RMB500 / tonne to RMB7800 / tonne this week (equivalent to USD940 / tonne).
