母儿钙离子交换是妊娠期重要的营养代谢过程,胎儿可贮存钙达30g,大多数在妊娠晚期进行。牛乳含有大量的钙和乳糖,已广泛推荐用于孕妇。有关妊娠期妇女摄入常量乳糖后的消化状况未见报道。本研究通过测定孕妇呼吸氢(H_2)产量间接反映肠道内不完全性碳水化含物的吸收状况,报告早孕妇女乳糖消化不良发生率,并对消化不良者进行孕期纵向动态研究,以探讨随妊娠进展是否出现乳糖消化增强现象及其意义。
Caesarean section calcium ion exchange is an important nutritional metabolic process during pregnancy, the fetus can store up to 30g of calcium, most of them in the third trimester of pregnancy. Milk contains a lot of calcium and lactose, has been widely recommended for pregnant women. There is no report on the digestive status of pregnant women after consuming regular lactose. In this study, the absorption of incomplete carbohydrate in the intestine was indirectly measured by measuring the production of respiratory hydrogen (H 2) in pregnant women, and the incidence of lactose indigestion in early pregnant women was reported.
