为研究2乙氧基乙醇(EE)对睾丸和附睾的毒性作用,制成小鼠EE染毒模型,观察其睾丸、附睾病理形态学改变。结果发现EE引起小鼠睾丸初级精母细胞退变坏死、精细胞分化障碍、精子形成减少、附睾管上皮退变,同时可见睾丸间质细胞增生。以上病变随药量增多而加重,说明EE对小鼠睾丸和附睾具有病理性损伤作用。结果提示:对职业性接触EE者,应定期进行精子功能检查,并采取适当的防治措施。
In order to study the toxic effect of 2-ethoxyethanol (EE) on the testis and epididymis, EE model of mice was made to observe the pathological changes of the testis and epididymis. The results showed that EE induced degeneration and necrosis of primary spermatocytes in mice testes, sperm cell differentiation disorders, decreased spermatogenesis, degeneration of epididymal tube epithelium and marked proliferation of testicular stromal cells. The above lesions increased with the dose increased, indicating that EE on the mouse testis and epididymis with pathological damage. The results suggest that: for occupational exposure to EE, sperm function should be regularly checked and take appropriate prevention and treatment measures.
