目的:为适应突发灾害事故、载人航天航天员的医疗保障及救护及局部战争中伤员现场救护的需要,提倡和实施现代救护的新概念和技能,探讨流动便携式重症监护治疗(ICU)病房的创建与应用。方法:回顾与分析国内外有关突发灾害、载人航天航天员意外伤害及局部战争造成伤害的资料并分析其原因,结合我们多次参加医疗紧急救治的体会,从设备配置、人员强化培训及组织等方面创建了流动便携式ICU病房。结果:流动便携式重症监护治疗(ICU)病房在我国载人航天首飞航天员的医疗保障及救护中得到了应用,能达到“快速反应、立体救护”的目的,能使危重病现场救治规则、卫勤保障原则更趋于合理,抢救成功率更高。结论:危重病特种伤目前已成为人们日常生活中及现代高技术局部战争中最主要的杀手之一,现场急救需要“快速反应、立体救护”危重病现场急救新模式,流动便携式重症监护治疗(ICU)病房的创建可以达到这一目的,能够降低突发灾害及局部战争中伤员的伤残率和死亡率。
