现代社会,文化已成为城市发展战略的轴心。不同的城市有不同的文化生态和特色。面对文化多元激荡的大背景,每个城市都应努力找准自身定位,在“和而不同”中积极推进文化综合创新。党的十六届四中全会提出了构建和谐社会的重大任务,科学发展观是建立和谐社会所必须遵循的指导思想和思维方式。发展是为了创造我们的幸福生活和美好未来,不断满足人民日益增长的物质文化需要,尊重保障人民的经济、文化权益,让发展的成果惠及全体人民。本文旨在研究探讨城市化的发展战略和文化的科学发展,结合分析著名历史文化名城南昌文化的优势,阐述打造彰显本土特色、在全国有影响的“文化南昌”发展战略构想,以期成为南昌城市和谐发展的目标。
In modern society, culture has become the axis of urban development strategy. Different cities have different cultural ecology and characteristics. Faced with the background of culturally diverse and turbulent competition, each city should strive to identify its own position and actively promote integrated cultural innovation in “harmony but differentness”. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee put forward the major task of building a harmonious society. The scientific concept of development is the guiding ideology and thinking mode that must be followed in establishing a harmonious society. Development is to create a happy life and a bright future. We will continue to meet the people’s growing material and cultural needs, respect the economic and cultural rights and interests of the people, and let the fruits of development benefit all the people. This paper aims to study the development strategy of urbanization and the scientific development of culture. Combining with the analysis of the advantages of Nanchang culture, a well-known historical and cultural city, this paper elaborates the development of a strategic concept of “cultural Nanchang” that demonstrates local characteristics and affects the whole country in order to become Nanchang The goal of harmonious development.
