前轮前束是前轮定位参数之一,只有前束和前轮外倾角得到合理的匹配,才能使前轮的侧滑磨损减至最小。载重车的前桥结构,只能用调前束的办法来保证前轮最小的侧滑值。通过侧滑值和前束值的相关关系的试验,选择一个合适的前束值,在生产上把它控制在一定的公差带内,这就要了解前桥系统对前束产生的系统误差,并尽量减小这个系统误差。
