多媒体手段的环境法教学有利于激发学生对环境法的认知能力和探索精神,加快学生环境法理念的树立和培养;有利于更深入更全面地向学生传授环境法律知识;培养生态文明型的法律人才。为达到上述教学目的,在多媒体环境法教学中,教师要注意课件内容与教材内容的有效衔接;灵活扩展补充环境法相关学科知识及资料信息。在以教师为主向学生传授环境法知识的同时,鼓励学生参与法律实践,培养学生自主性探究学习能力。
