直面现实北京市房山区法院河北法庭法官们一天的生活是从班车上开始的。班车每天清晨从良乡的房山区法院的院子里出发,要跑近20公里,才能来到河北法庭。法庭还不是在镇上,在108国道边的山区农村里。不仅是山区,这里还是矿区,煤窑多,矿山多,运煤车整日川流不息。河北法庭辖区内有5乡2镇,800多平方公里,98%都在山区,有16万多常住人口和3万多流动人口,居住分散,道路交通不便,群众文化程度相对较低,所以这里的矛盾纠纷并不少,有时还表现得集中而激烈。在河北法庭当
