利用PDA控制全站仪,通过全站仪自由设站的方法对空间圆形物体进行数据采集,根据空间球面拟合和空间平面拟合联合解算出空间圆形物体的圆形参数,通过在PDA嵌入该算法对全站仪采集到的数据进行实时解算。结合盾构机制造过程中对工件的设计要求,以盾构机的法兰为例,利用此方法对其进行检测。在工业测量中,由于场地限制,全站仪经常需要搬站测量,此时需要进行坐标转换,本文给出了具体的转换过程。法兰的检测结果与常规测量结果比较差别很小,该方法操作简单、方便快捷,因此具有一定的应用价值。
