“三个代表”重要思想把代表“先进生产力的发展要求”放在首位,集中反映了当今人类社会实践的新要求;把代表“先进文化的前进方向”作为中国共产党人的神圣使命,深刻反映了人类社会实践日趋智能化的新要求;把“代表人民群众的根本利益”作为自己的本质要求,深刻反映了当代中国政治实践发展的新要求。“三个代表”重要思想是对全国人民进行革命、建设、改革的实践经验、特别是十三届四中全会以来的基本经验的科学提炼和升华。它集中反映了人民群众作为改革开放和现代化建设实践主体的新变化、新要求。
The important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ puts the priority of ’representation of the development of advanced productive forces’ in the first place and reflects in a concentrated manner the new requirements of human social practice today. Taking the representative of the ’advanced direction of advanced culture’ as the position of the Chinese Communists , Profoundly reflected the new requirements of increasingly intelligent social practice in mankind. Taking “representing the fundamental interests of the people and the masses” as its own essential requirement profoundly reflected the new requirements for the development of contemporary Chinese political practice. The important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ is the practical experience of revolution, construction and reform of the people across the country, and in particular, the scientific refinement and sublimation of basic experiences since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee. It has concentratedly reflected the new changes and new requirements of the people as the main body of practice in reform, opening up and modernization.
