对非对称复合材料层压板的固化变形模拟进行了研究。模拟采用有限元方法,对于中温固化环氧复合材料体系,预测了不同尺寸、不同铺层顺序和不同厚度的非对称复合材料层压板的固化变形,并采用高温固化环氧复合材料体系进行了验证。研究结果表明,对于非对称中温固化环氧复合材料层压板的固化变形,采用有限元方法的模拟结果与实验结果吻合良好,模拟结果能够反映各种因素对变形的影响;同时,对于非对称高温固化环氧复合材料层压板的变形,模拟结果与实测值也相当吻合,进一步验证了模拟方法的可行性。
Curing deformation simulation of asymmetric composite laminates has been studied. The finite element method was used to simulate the curing deformation of the asymmetric composite laminates with different sizes, different ply sequences and different thicknesses for the medium-temperature cured epoxy composite system and verified by the high-temperature curing epoxy composite system . The results show that the simulation results of finite element method are in good agreement with the experimental results. The simulation results can reflect the influence of various factors on the deformation. Meanwhile, for the asymmetric high temperature curing epoxy composite laminates curing deformation, The deformation of the cured epoxy composite laminates, the simulation results and the measured values are also in good agreement to further verify the feasibility of the simulation method.
