根据近年来从事生产建设项目水土保持设施验收技术评估的工作实践,从水土流失防治目标达标情况评估、直接影响区界定、弃渣(土)场调整、临时占地土地恢复、临时措施核查、单位及分部工程划分、变更备案手续及行政验收程序等方面,分析了现阶段在生产建设项目水土保持设施验收技术评估过程中存在的若干问题,并结合水土保持设施验收相关法律法规和技术规范,有针对性地总结了一些对策和经验,以期促进生产建设项目水土保持设施验收技术评估水平的进一步提升,更好地服务于生产建设项目水土流失防治工作。
