向列相型混合液晶的骨架配方之一的烷基氟苯类液晶化合物具有优异的性能。采用重氮化法合成了4-(反-4-正戊基环己基)氟苯类液晶化合物,并考察了盐酸用量对反应的影响,确定盐酸与原料的物质的量投料比为2,气相色谱测定含量>99%,总收率81.5%,该路线适用于制备一系列不同烷基氟取代的衍生物,目标化合物经1H-NMR、IR进行了结构鉴定,表明是所设计合成的化合物,并通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)对其相变行为进行了测试,且结果表明相变温度在25.4~42.5℃。
