日前住房和城乡建设部发出公告,批准《建筑物倾斜纠偏技术规程》《既有建筑地基基础加固技术规范》为行业标准。其中,《建筑物倾斜纠偏技术规程》编号为JGJ270—2012,自2012年12月1日起实施。其中,第3.0.7和第5.3.3条为强制性条文,必须严格执行。《既有建筑地基基础加固技术规范》编号为JGJ123—2012,自2013年6月1日起实施。 Recently, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued an announcement approving the Technical Regulation on Inclined Deviation Correction of Buildings and the Technical Specifications for Strengthening the Foundation of Existing Buildings to be the industry standard.
