针对矿井主通风机运行效率低的主要原因与影响因素,论述了采用变频调速方式降低矿井主通风机能耗的基本原理与方法.给出了变频调速器工作原理及通风机调速节能技术原理.基于风机始终运行在最佳工况点,提出了确定变频技术参数的方法,并研究了通风网络参数Q,H对电机变频节能效果的影响.在此基础上,建立了闭环变频节能模型与控制模型.本方法具有无级调速,且调速范围大、节能效果显著等特点,具有重要的推广应用价值.
Aiming at the main reason and influencing factors of mine main ventilator operating efficiency is low, the basic principle and method of reducing energy consumption of mine main ventilator by using frequency control method are discussed. The working principle of VFD and the principle of energy-saving fan speed control are given. Based on the fact that the fan always runs at the optimum operating point, a method of determining the technical parameters of the frequency conversion is proposed. The influence of the ventilation network parameters Q and H on the energy-saving effect of the motor is studied. On this basis, a closed-loop frequency conversion energy-saving model and control model are established. The method has the characteristics of stepless speed regulation, large speed regulation range and remarkable energy-saving effect, and has the important popularization and application value.
