近年来,国家加大包括农村饮水安全工程在内的民生工程投入,建设大量饮水安全工程,解决广大农村群众的饮水安全问题,提高群众的生活质量,保障人民身体健康。但是由于种种原因,农村饮水安全工程还存在一些问题,影响该项工程效益的正常发挥。本文分析利辛县农村饮水安全工程建设运行管理存在的问题,提出解决问题的建议。
In recent years, the state has increased investment in people’s livelihood projects that include rural drinking water safety projects, built a large number of drinking water safety projects, solved the drinking water safety problems of vast numbers of rural people, raised the quality of life of the masses and ensured the people’s health. However, due to various reasons, there are still some problems in rural drinking water safety projects, which will affect the normal operation of the project. This article analyzes the problems existing in the operation and management of the rural drinking water safety project in Lixin County and puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems.
