目的掌握近6年无锡市北塘区法定肠道传染病发病情况和流行特征。方法对2007—2012年北塘区法定肠道传染病疫情资料进行描述性分析。结果 2007—2012年无锡市北塘区累计报告法定肠道传染病5种5 970例,年均发病率为283.96/10万;合计死亡2例,平均病死率0.045%。2007—2012年年均发病率283.96/10万,病毒性肝炎为7.61/10万,细菌性和阿米巴痢疾为45.09/10万,伤寒和副伤寒为0.33/10万,其他感染性腹泻为122.19/10万,手足口病为108.73/10万;0~5岁各年龄组发病率最高,为4 025.91/10万;男性为312.88/10万,女性为255.32/10万。地处中心的黄巷街道、北大街街道年均发病率分别为453.70/10万、295.29/10万,高于山北和惠山街道。5—7月合计占40.41%。5 970例肠道传染病病例中,散居儿童占33.25%,托幼儿童占19.28%。结论北塘区肠道传染病以其他感染性腹泻和手足口病为主,0~5岁儿童为高发人群,5—7月为高发季节,黄巷、北大街街道为高发地区。应加强腹泻病门诊监测,加强散居儿童、幼托儿童的重点防控,降低传染病的发病率。
Objective To understand the prevalence and epidemiological characteristics of legal enteric infectious diseases in Beitang District of Wuxi City in recent 6 years. Methods A descriptive analysis of the epidemic data of legal intestinal infectious diseases in Beitang District from 2007 to 2012 was conducted. Results A total of 5 970 cases of 5 kinds of legal infectious intestinal infectious diseases were reported in Beitang District of Wuxi City from 2007 to 2012, with an average annual incidence of 283.96 / 100 000; the total number of deaths was 2 and the average mortality rate was 0.045%. The annual average incidence was 283.96 / lakh from 2007 to 2012, with 7.61 / lakh for viral hepatitis, 45.09 / lakh for bacterial and amoebic dysentery, 0.33 / lakh for typhoid and paratyphoid, and the other infectious diarrhea was 122.19 / 100000, hand-foot-mouth disease was 108.73 / 100000; 0 to 5 years old in all age groups the highest incidence of 4025.91 / 100000; men 312.88 / 100000, women 255.32 / 100000. Located in the center of the Yellow Lane Street, North Avenue street average annual incidence was 453.70 / 100,000, 295.29 / 100,000, higher than the Shanbei and Huishan streets. May-July together accounted for 40.41%. Among 5 970 cases of intestinal infectious diseases, scattered children accounted for 33.25% and child care children accounted for 19.28%. Conclusion The intestinal infectious diseases in Beitang District are dominated by other infectious diarrhea and hand-foot-mouth disease. Children aged 0-5 years are predominant in high-incidence population. May-July is the high-incidence season. Huangxiang and North Street streets are high incidence areas. The outpatient monitoring of diarrhea should be strengthened to strengthen the focus on prevention and control of diaspora and preschool children and reduce the incidence of infectious diseases.
