采用真空蒸馏与塞曼效应石墨炉原子吸收仪相结合进行高纯镉和高纯碲中铁、铝、镍、铬、铜、银、锰等元素的测定。方法简便、快速,测定下限分别为Fe3×10~(-8)%,Al8×10~(-8)%,Ni5×10~(-8)%,Cr7×10~(-8)%,Cu4×10~(-8)%,Ag 2.5×10~(-9)%,Mn2.5×10~(-9)%。
The determination of iron, aluminum, nickel, chromium, copper, silver and manganese in high purity cadmium and high purity tellurium by vacuum distillation and Zeeman effect graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was carried out. The method is simple and rapid, and the lower limit of determination is Fe3 × 10-8%, Al8 × 10-8%, Ni5 × 10-8%, Cr7 × 10-8%, Cu4 × 10 -8%, Ag 2.5 × 10 -9%, Mn 2.5 × 10 -9%.
