目的:研究动脉化静脉皮瓣移植早期微循环变化。方法:选用10只新西兰大白兔.采用自身对照,一组为动脉化静脉皮瓣,另一组为对照组动脉皮瓣。应用显微电视系统直接观察兔耳透明窗的方法,在放大1000倍条件下研究动脉化静脉皮瓣的微循环血流.结果:动脉化静脉皮瓣动脉血逆行灌注后主要通过细静脉之间交通支汇入回流静脉。结论:血流由细静脉→交通支→细静脉是动脉化静脉皮瓣移植早期微循环的主要途径。
Objective: To study the changes of early microcirculation in arterialized venous flap transplantation. Methods: Ten New Zealand white rabbits were selected. Using self-control, a group of arterial venous flap, another group of control group artery flap. The method of direct observation of the transparent window of the rabbit ear with a micro-television system was used to study the microcirculation flow of the arterialized venous flap under magnification of 1000 times. Results: Arterial venous flap arterial blood retrograde perfusion after the main branch through the fine vein between the branch into the venous return. Conclusion: Blood flow from the fine vein to the branch of blood flow is the main way of arterialized venous flap transplantation in the early microcirculation.
