根据胜华炼油厂曝气沉淀池 1996年的实际运行数据 ,按照活性污泥法运行控制条件F/mb=0 .3~ 0 .6分析了曝气沉淀池的运行工况。结果发现 ,大部分时间内曝气沉淀池处于非良性运行工况下 ,池内养料相对不足。采用数学回归方法建立了出水底物浓度数学模型 (COD模型 )。方差分析表明 ,多元非线性回归的拟合相关性较好。当θ <2 5℃时 ,回归方程的相关系数R =0 .95 ;当θ≥ 2 5℃时 ,R =0 .94。根据拟合方程 ,用C语言对曝气沉淀池处理过程进行了计算机模拟
According to the Shenghua refinery aeration sedimentation tank actual operating data in 1996, according to the activated sludge control conditions F / mb = 0 .3 ~ 0 .6 analyzed the operation of aeration tank.
