在经济发展的今天,企业文化受到了高层领导的高度重视。企业要在当前竞争力较强,纷繁复杂的社会立足,关键还在于增强企业核心竞争力,发展企业特色文化,并从实践与理论两方面出发,始终坚持以人为本的经营理念,推动我国现代企业稳步向前发展。本文主要分为三个部分,第一部分阐述了企业文化的含义,第二部分是对企业文化的作用给予了深入分析,第三部分主要针对企业文化在现代企业中的应用给出了几点建议。
In today’s economic development, corporate culture has been highly valued by top leaders. The key for enterprises to gain a foothold in the current highly competitive and complicated society lies in strengthening the core competitiveness of enterprises and developing corporate culture of characteristics. From a practical and theoretical point of view, the Company always insists on the management idea of “people-oriented” and promotes the steady development of modern enterprises in our country moving forward. This article is divided into three parts, the first part expounds the meaning of the enterprise culture, the second part gives an in-depth analysis of the role of the enterprise culture, and the third part gives some suggestions for the application of the enterprise culture in the modern enterprise .
