对于很多人来说,一天的疲劳都要靠睡个好觉来解除,尤其是一些上了年纪的人,睡不好觉更是健康的大敌。不过除了神经和机体上的因素之外,有些错误的习惯对于赢得好睡眠也会构成负面影响,非但让人无法安眠,还有可能招致疾病。过度“身累”不助眠有些失眠的人认为睡觉之前进行身体锻炼,把自己搞得很累,入睡就相对容易了。从理论上来说,体育运动能促进人脑释放多巴胺,人体会产生放松感,这对于人进入睡眠状态是有益的。但是如果运动量过大,又是在睡觉之前马上进行锻炼,大脑的兴奋尚未消失,反而会影响睡眠。
