为了适应我国经济发展的需求,电力企业也面临着创新与改革,这就意味着电力企业需要不断地优化内部结构,综合考量众多因素促进电力企业更好的经营与发展。其中精细化管理在电力工程建设项目当中的应用,能够帮助帮助电力企业逐步改进管理方法,优化其内部结构达到高效益运营与发展的目的。基于此,本文就针对电力工程建设项目的精细化管理问题进行深入探究,以分析,以期优化电力企业管理工作,实现项目更好的建设与发展。
