目的:对反枝苋进行生药鉴别。方法:对平凉市辖区10个不同区域的反枝苋药材进行了性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别。结果:反枝苋的显微特征明显,茎表皮内层有5~8列细胞栓化,内皮层薄壁细胞中含草酸钙砂晶;根皮层外侧含有稀疏排列的纤维束;内皮层有2~3列维管束断续排列成同心环状;根中心有4~6个维管束分布;叶脉突出明显,主脉维管束外韧型,导管稀疏,薄壁组织中含草酸钙砂晶,叶肉组织中含有草酸钙簇晶;种子表皮细胞多角形,红棕色,密布黑色点状物。薄层色谱特征明显。结论:上述特征可为反枝苋质量标准的制订及进一步开发利用提供鉴别依据。
OBJECTIVE: To identify the crude drug of Amaranthus retroflexus. Methods: The traits of Amaranthus retroflexus in 10 different areas in Pingliang City were identified by microscopic identification and thin layer chromatography. Results: The microscopic characteristics of Amaranthus retroflexus were obvious. There were 5 to 8 cells in the inner epidermis of epidermis, which contained calcium oxalate crystals in the parenchyma cells. The outer cortex contained sparsely arranged fiber bundles. The inner cortex had 2 ~ 3 vascular bundles arranged in concentric rings intermittently; there were 4 ~ 6 vascular bundles in the center of the root; prominent veins of the vein, Tissue contains calcium oxalate cluster; seed epidermal cells polygons, reddish brown, dense black spots. Thin-layer chromatography features obvious. Conclusion: The above characteristics can provide identification basis for the development of Amaranthus retroflexus quality standards and further development and utilization.
