原苏联拖拉机和农業机器制造部所属的13个小型企業之一西姆費罗勃列农業机械另件厂,自1957年5月改行了不要車間管理的体制。原来6个独立的車間只留下1个大型金屬加工車間。其余5个車間则改成了以主任工长为領导的生产工段。看起来好象是,除了改变名称之外并沒有什么重大的变化。伹实际上并不是这样。以前各个小型車間都有自己的工艺师、会計員和定額制定員,而現在則都没有了,所有技术領导、会計計算、定額制定、設备修理計划的制訂等工作,都改由工厂总管理部办理。我們这个专業工厂虽然不大,但它有翻砂和鍛铁、金属热加工、复杂的动力設备,还有許多复杂的現代化工艺設备、1个工具車間、2个主要的机械車間。产品規格要求很严格。这也就是說,对技术領导方面的要求是很高的。
Simmer Felloigher’s Agricultural Machinery Plant, one of the 13 small-scale enterprises owned by the Ministry of Tractors and Agricultural Machinery of the former Soviet Union, has since May 1957 changed to a system that does not require workshop management. The original six independent workshops left only one large metal processing workshop. The remaining five workshops were converted into production sections led by the chief foreman. It looks as if there is no major change other than changing the name. This is not actually the case.
