非分娩所致的外阴损伤,多见于青少年及年轻妇女骑车、跨越栏杆、由高处跌伤或牛角撬伤(农村女孩),以致外阴血肿或裂伤。外阴血肿及裂伤是一种常见的妇科急诊,应及时处理。本院1982年～1990年8月收治外阴损伤41例,其中外阴巨大血肿及深度裂伤采用订书式缝合术17例,占41.46％,现就该术治疗外阴血肿17例报道如下。
Genital injury caused by non-delivery, more common in young people and young women riding, across the railings, fall from heights or horns (rural girls), resulting in vulvar hematoma or laceration. Vulvar hematoma and laceration is a common gynecological emergency, should be promptly addressed. The hospital from 1982 to August 1990, 41 cases of genital lesions were treated, of which genital giant hematoma and deep laceration using stapled suture in 17 cases, accounting for 41.46%, now on the treatment of vulvar hematoma in 17 cases are reported below.
