针对土壤采样机的效率与冲击速度的关系,给出了液压伺服系统的设计。该伺服系统在建立阀控缸数学模型的基础上引入了串联校正环节,改善活塞响应性能,能较好地满足效率最优。经试验,适用于现场土壤采样工况。
Aiming at the relationship between soil sampler efficiency and impact velocity, the design of hydraulic servo system is given. Based on the establishment of the mathematical model of the valve control cylinder, the servo system introduces a series of correction links to improve the piston response performance, which can better meet the optimal efficiency. After testing, apply to the scene soil sampling conditions.
