目的:建立HPLC法测定野木瓜注射液中苯甲醇含量的方法。方法:采用CAPCELL PAK C_(18)柱,以甲醇-水(40:60)为流动相,检测波长257 nm。结果:苯甲醇在103.6~518.0μg范围内浓度与峰面积有较好的线性关系r=0.999 7),平均加样回收率为100.31%(RSD为0.97%,n=6)。结论:本法简便,准确,重复性好,可用于野木瓜注射液中苯甲醇含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of benzyl alcohol in wild papaya injection. Methods: CAPCELL PAK C_ (18) column was used with mobile phase of methanol - water (40:60) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 257 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of benzyl alcohol and the peak area in the range of 103.6-518.0 μg (r = 0.999 7). The average recovery was 100.31% (RSD 0.97%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of benzyl alcohol in wild papaya injection.
