氢气是造成高真空多层绝热低温储罐夹层真空度下降的主要原因,为此搭建了吸氢试验台,研究了廉价微热型吸氢剂CuO+C在不同质量比例下的吸氢性能和吸氢过程曲线;研究表明:CuO与C的最佳质量比为1∶6.4;在最佳质量比下,经过43 h,常温夹层压力从50下降到2.2×10-2Pa,吸附了19.762 m L标态下的氢气;吸附过程曲线可分为诱导吸附期,急剧吸附期和平缓吸附期,其中,诱导吸附期随着含炭量的增加,先减小后增大;整个吸附过程曲线成反“S”型。
Hydrogen is the main reason for the decrease of vacuum degree of interlayer in high vacuum multi-layer adiabatic cryogenic storage tank. For this purpose, a hydrogen absorption test bench is set up to study the hydrogen absorption performance of CuO + C, The results show that the optimum mass ratio of CuO and C is 1: 6.4. Under the optimal mass ratio, the pressure at room temperature drops from 50 to 2.2 × 10-2 Pa after 43 h, and the adsorption mass is 19.762 m L Under the standard state of hydrogen, the adsorption process curve can be divided into induction adsorption period, abrupt adsorption period and gentle adsorption period, in which the induction adsorption period decreases first and then increases with the increase of carbon content. The curve of adsorption process is inversed “S ” type.
