WB4504型微波炉处理预湿的敷料包(15×6×6cm~3),以高档功率作用6分钟,可将其中的大肠杆菌全部杀灭,但作用12分钟不能使HBsAg全部达到消毒要求,作用15分钟可将枯草杆菌芽胞全部杀灭,作用20分钟则物品损坏,悬液中的细菌较易被杀灭,但用中档功率照射8分钟,亦仍不能将其中的细菌芽胞全部杀灭,作用12分钟,菌悬液蒸干。
