国内外经济环境的复杂性和不确定性使得有色金属行业所面临的风险越来越复杂多变,企业的生存和发展受到这些风险的严重影响,如何管理和规避这些风险对有色金属企业显得尤为重要。本文运用解释结构模型对这些庞杂的风险因素进行系统的分析,找出风险彼此之间的相互影响关系和层次性,然后绘制风险层次结构图,对这些风险进行分层和分类,最终根据这些风险因素的属性将其划分为源头风险、过程风险和最终风险,然后对其分别进行管理和控制。
The complexity and uncertainty of the domestic and international economic environment make the nonferrous metals industry more and more complicated and risky.
