目的:通过对10个菌种150株阴道厌氧菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肠杆菌抑菌试验,研究磷酸克林霉素抗菌效果。方法:采用微生物法测定MIC范围、MIC50、MIC90。结果:磷酸克林霉素模拟体内状况加入磷酸酯酶,对阴道常见致病菌有较强的抗菌活性。结论:可将磷酸克林霉素制成阴道外用制剂,治疗细菌性阴道炎。
OBJECTIVE: To study the antibacterial effect of clindamycin phosphate by inhibiting bacteria of 150 strains of vaginal anaerobe, Staphylococcus aureus and Enterobacter in 10 strains. Methods: The MIC range, MIC50 and MIC90 were determined by the microbiological method. Results: Clindamycin phosphodiesterase mimic the status of the body, the common vaginal bacteria have strong antibacterial activity. Conclusion: Clindamycin phosphate can be made into vaginal preparations for the treatment of bacterial vaginosis.
