以聚醚(FF-2)和含氢硅油(PHMS)为原料,制得兼有两者性能的聚醚改性硅油。对合成产物进行了红外表征,测定了其黏度指数(VI)、粘温系数(VTC)和表面张力(ST),讨论了PHMS含氢量和黏度对产物性质的影响。根据计算出的产物的链节比和聚合度,研究了产物分子结构对其粘温系数和表面张力的影响。结果表明:在考察范围内,聚醚改性聚硅氧烷的黏度指数和表面张力都随链节比的增加而增加;随着聚合度的增加,产物黏度指数增加,表面张力变小;二元回归方程很好地预测了聚醚改性硅油的VTC和ST,误差绝对值分别控制在0.0149和0.0650内。
Polyether (FF-2) and Hydrogen Silicone Oil (PHMS) were used as raw materials to prepare polyether modified silicone oil. The synthesized product was characterized by IR. The viscosity index (VI), viscosity coefficient (VTC) and surface tension (ST) of the product were measured. The influence of hydrogen content and viscosity of PHMS on the properties of the product was discussed. According to the calculated product of the chain link ratio and degree of polymerization, the molecular structure of the product of its viscosity coefficient and surface tension. The results showed that the viscosity index and surface tension of polyether-modified polysiloxane increased with the increase of the link ratio in the investigation range. With the increase of polymerization degree, the viscosity index of the product increased and the surface tension decreased. Meta-regression equation well predicts the VTC and ST of polyether modified silicone oil, the absolute value of error is controlled within 0.0149 and 0.0650 respectively.
