In recent years, Japan has entered an era of drastic change in its business environment known as “once in a century”. For the enterprise, training a new generation of key personnel (such as manufacturing technicians and craftsmen, etc.) has become an urgent task, otherwise it will not be able to adapt to the new business environment. In particular, the aging of employees in the manufacturing industry has led to the weakening of the on-site force, which is also a common issue facing the entire Japanese industry. The key to enterprises in achieving sustainable development lies in how to cultivate a new generation of key personnel who can enhance the on-site power. To this end, Japan’s “Quality Management” magazine recently issued an album titled “Fostering a New Generation of Talented Persons in Times of Drastic Environmental Management”, and Professor Iwasaki Sunrise at the Faculty of Science and Technology of Kinki University wrote a paper entitled “ A key talent ”theme articles. Professor Iwasaki mainly discussed the necessity of enterprises to strengthen the training of qualified personnel, the importance of training key personnel who adhere to the principle of “quality first”, the urgency of investing in education and training, and the specific methods of training key personnel who insist on quality first, including personnel education The establishment of the training system, the composition of the system, the training objectives of all levels of enterprises (from senior management to general staff) and the contents of the courses have some guiding significance for the cultivation of qualified personnel in enterprises.
