目的:探讨无创双水平气道正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的护理要点。方法:收治COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者60例,均给予无创双水平气道正压通气治疗及全面护理。观察患者治疗前后肺功能指标、动脉血气和临床症状改善情况。结果:患者治疗后FEV_1、FEV_1/FVC、FEV_1%明显改善,PaCO_2和pH值显著降低,PaO_2显著升高(P<0.05)。患者治疗后临床症状评分明显低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全面护理有助于提高无创Bi PAP经鼻面罩呼吸机治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的疗效。
Objective: To investigate the nursing points of noninvasive bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods: Sixty patients with COPD and type Ⅱ respiratory failure were treated with noninvasive bi-level positive airway pressure and comprehensive nursing. Observed before and after treatment of patients with pulmonary function indicators, arterial blood gas and clinical symptoms improved. Results: The FEV_1, FEV_1 / FVC and FEV_1% of the patients after treatment were significantly improved, PaCO_2 and pH were significantly decreased, PaO_2 was significantly increased (P <0.05). The score of clinical symptoms in patients after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Comprehensive nursing helps to improve the efficacy of non-invasive Bi PAP nasal mask ventilator in the treatment of COPD with type II respiratory failure.
