白墙、红瓦的平房,稚嫩、活泼的孩子,舒缓、古典的音乐,清脆、嘹亮的出操口号声,质朴、热情的教师,整洁、美丽的校园,是这所农村回民小学给笔者的初次感受。在笔者来这所学校之前,已经不止一次从一些教育工作者的口中听到他们对这所农村小学的赞叹:穷学校办出了大教育,这是所“家”味很浓的小学,这是所SDP(学校发展规划)
